The VP of Pharmaceutical Healthcare Influencer Marketing will lead RXMOSAIC's pharmaceutical healthcare team. RXM will look to this VP to :

  • Design creative influencer marketing solutions that service highly regulated, niche healthcare accounts
  • Serve as an expert negotiator with clients, vendors and influencers.
  • Lead the team in innovation within the influencer landscape to develop results-driven programming
  • Effectively work within RXM's integrated model to develop and execute breakthrough programming
  • Proactively expand our Rx healthcare influencer marketing portfolio via new business and current client upsell opportunities
  • Motivate team to execute professionally and facilitate team’s career growth
  • Bring their own network of content creators, vendor partners and influencer managers to the table to service team needs
  • Be a confident strategic leader who provides an excellent example of highly compelling, sales-driven programming approaches, executions, and presentations

General Responsibilities


Thoughtfully manage team that plans and executes influencer programs including:

  • Strategic direction and oversight to influencer relations and brand teams as needed
  • Oversite of day-to-day online influencer work across accounts and practices ensuring best practices and quality review
  • Strategic integration facilitator of traditional media, digital, content and creative teams and how influencer marketing can support/enhance these efforts
  • Ensure all programs are results-driven and poised to meet clients’ business needs

Bring new and innovative perspectives and capabilities that will expand our Influencer offering via:

  • Strong, existing connections with influencers, agencies and networks
  • Bring in new vendors for inspiration sessions/capabilities presentations
  • Up to date awareness of influencer marketing and pharmaceutical industry regulations
  • Keep up with current events & trends, particularly as they relate to priority brand work
  • Drive growth and thought leadership for influencer marketing within the pharmaceutical sector
  • Proactively advocate for breakthrough influencer work

 Drive incremental revenue within the Pharmaceutical healthcare practice via:

  • Establish relationships with clients to gain trust and develop incremental selling opportunities
  • Seeking opportunities to sell influencer partnerships and drive incremental revenue/increase SOW
  • Connecting RXM with potential new business where we have the right to win


Experience Requirements

  • 8+ years of integrated communications experience working in media, influencer or digital-related field within the pharmaceutical sector
  • Proven track record of building partnerships and managing/developing a cohesive, integrated team in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to set department priorities, to lead and work cooperatively to meet and exceed program goals
  • Knowledge of media relations and engagement a plus
  • Experience with highly complex therapeutic areas is a plus, plus
  • Solution oriented professional, highly skilled in problem solving
  • Highly versed in evolving influencer marketing landscape
  • A passion for real-time storytelling
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required; Advanced degree a plus
